Consistency versus intensity in your daily business.

Hey guys Jeff Bonk, from EXP Realty and Homes By bonk

When people really need to get an information out of enemy or out of someone they don't come at them a million miles an hour. They don't use super intensity to really get the best effect. They come at them slowly. Over time, they wear them down. And that's what really drives the best result that they're looking for, is getting information and getting the cooperation of the person.

So what does that have to do with our real estate business?

That is a very good story to think about. When we really want to think about what's going to get us to the place we want to be and where we want to go in our real estate businesses. Would it be great to come in and call a thousand people and call all your past clients, SOI, all your friends, or your family and see if there's anyone you could help at real estate all in one day?

Or would it be good to call a hundred or 50 people every day, the whole year? Is an intense spurt going to get you where you want to be or is consistent, regular, everyday effort to bring value to your community. To help people get to where they need to be in a real estate transaction. To be that guiding source of information for people every day, consistently, is that what's going to get you where you need to go?

So think about it. Think about enhanced interrogation techniques. What do they do? Long, slow, consistent action, to get the result they want. Do that every day in your business and you'll be surprised where you'll be in a few years!
