✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐲𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. A lot of times when business is strong and business is growing and very active, we tend to spend money on different things that may not be producing a return. Make sure to keep all your money spent accountable that will give you a return.

These are the people who've supported you, and helped you build your business. Make sure you're calling your clients, organizing events for them, giving them items of value, and showing them that you appreciate them.

Many times we forget about those other 90 or 95 people who might be 12 months down the road and we don't have a plan in place to make sure we convert them. When the market slows and there's not five new people every week or every day that want to engage in a deal, you must have a pipeline conversion built for these types of leads too.
