Master hitting your time block and making your calls. Master working on projects that are frustrating and overwhelming and can consume you.

Master doing the little things that make the client experience as someone very important every time, and not getting bored by them, not fizzling out, not chasing the new shiny item that is so easy for us in this industry to do.

The ability to stay on course and keep cranking, is the one thing that you can do that will help you achieve everything you want.

You have to iterate, to improve, to change things as they are needed, but then you have to stick to it. Put your head down, and keep cranking.

I hope that's helpful. See you guys on the next one!
