I have three ideas for what you could do to possibly bring yourself to the next level.

Are You A Lonely Agent?

If you find that you are in a place where you're not really getting the engagement, the coaching, the training, the culture, all those things you need to grow and excel to the next level, I have three ideas for what you could do to possibly bring yourself to that level.

First thing is, you could find a coaching program to plug into. 

There’s a lot of the best coaching programs out there. They also have a group component to them where you're plugging in, and you're engaging with other people. So, you're not only getting one-on-one guidance from somebody who's going to take you to where you need to go because they've been there before, but you're also going to be able to plug in.

You don't need to change brokerages. You don't need to join a new team. You don't do any of those things. You can find a third-party, you pay for it, but it's something that is a great solution for the right person.

The second solution that you can do is, you can look for a team.

Look for that team that has the systems, the processes, everything in place, the culture, the support. 

It could be by giving you leads. It could be by giving you training. It could be by holding you accountable. But what are those things that you need that would not make you a lonely person, a lonely agent in the business and would give you the support that you need? 

The third thing that you could do is, you can look for a new brokerage.

If you're not getting the support, the guidance, the culture, and the coaching that you need, look for a brokerage that does apply that. One that puts you around the type of people that you're aspiring to grow to, and connects you to them in a way where everybody is encouraged, and engaged to work together and excel in everyone's sharing environment.

Those are three options that may appeal to you to help you grow from there.
