What's up guys, it's Jeff Bonk here from The Thriving Agent in Hoboken and today's a really rainy day here!

The weather has got me thinking about things that rainy/snowy days and secondary holidays provide. There’s a huge opportunity that a lot of people miss out on these days and that opportunity is that people that you've been trying to get in touch with for the past six months to a year, who don’t usually pick up the phone, are now picking up!

Being that their routines are off today and they're working from home they might have canceled some meetings and now have an unexpectedly different routine. If this is the case, they might be more receptive to a phone call or a conversation, around something that typically, isn’t scheduled into their normal workdays.

On days like today, we will always encourage our team to get back into their CRM and dig deep, while going through as many contacts as they can, being that they have a great opportunity to get a hold of people who are usually not available!
