Sometimes the right question is, who do I need to grow into?

A lot of times we're looking for that one trick when it's really a growth journey. It's a whole process of becoming a person that's capable of executing and working on things on a regular basis that is really important to get to where we want to be.

Maybe we need to become prospectors. We need to become a person who posts on social media all the time. We need to become a person who wakes up early and focus on these things. Not just doing it once, but becoming a person that's embodying it.

Don't always think about what you need to do, and the little things that need to happen every day. Think of the person you need to become, and then make a vote for that person with your actions every single day, and you'll get to where you want to get a lot quicker.
